Health is going through the biggest shift of our lifetime, from cure to prevention, from patching people up once something has gone wrong to making sure it never does.

Wellbeing is everything above it: the energy, the deep sleep, the clear head, the sense of being genuinely well. It's one of the best things there is, and most people have never really felt it.

EAT MOVE MIND SLEEP. That's what we sell and how we live. Walk in on any morning and you'll find people fresh from the ice baths and the sauna in the office gym, congratulating each other on eight hours' sleep and planning their days around sunrise and sunset. Then watch those same people work with an intensity that would seem alien almost anywhere else. Most companies think you have to choose between the two. We've found the opposite: they make each other possible.
An ambition that size sets its own terms. The work is properly intense and the pace rarely lets up. There's not much structure to lean on, so what you take on is yours from end to end, and the feedback along the way is direct. It's gritty rather than glamorous. That's the price of the shot, and we pay it gladly.
