## AMMD by Amy Myers, MD

Physician-formulated functional supplements.

AMMD™ aims to help people take an active role in their wellbeing, especially when they feel conventional medicine hasn’t provided all the answers they’re looking for. Founded by Dr. Amy Myers, a functional medicine doctor and former ER physician who personally navigated autoimmunity and gut issues, AMMD™ is here to guide others on a similar wellness journey. What started as a personal struggle turned into a wellness platform trusted by millions worldwide.

AMMD™ offers a complete range of physician-formulated supplements, covering vitamins and minerals, [probiotics](/content/collections/probiotics-4/index.html) and gut-focused products, [protein](/content/collections/protein/index.html) (protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass), [collagen](/content/collections/collagen/index.html), and [super greens](/content/collections/greenspowder/index.html) and reds.

Every formula is 3rd party tested, GMP-compliant, AIP-friendly, gluten-free and non-dairy, so you can feel confident in what you’re putting into your body. As a UK stockist of AMMD™ supplements, browse the selection at Healf.
