How does the FLOWBIO Sensor work?

You attach the FLOWBIO Sensor to your existing chest or arm heart rate monitor before a session. As you train, it captures sweat through a tiny channel, with no needle, and measures your sweat rate and sodium concentration in real time. After the session, the data syncs to the FLOWBIO app for personalised hydration insights.

What does the FLOWBIO Sensor measure?

The FLOWBIO Sensor measures two things in real time: your sweat rate, meaning how much fluid you lose, and your sodium concentration, meaning how much salt you lose. The FLOWBIO app then uses this data to tell you what to drink, when and why, tailored to your body, the session and the conditions rather than generic advice.
