How do I access my Ambassador dashboard?
Ambassadors can access the dashboard here using the email address you registered with.
My friend used my link but applied a different discount code. Will I still get commission for this?
Yes—commission is linked to your referral link, not the code entered at checkout. If someone clicks your link and places an order within 30 days, you'll earn commission even if they apply a different discount code at the till.
Can I use my own link for a discount?
Yes. Click your Ambassador referral link and start shopping. If you have a personal storefront, buy there or head over to healf.com—your 10% discount code will still apply at checkout.
How do I get paid when I earn commission?
You can view your earned Healf Credit commission, under the Wallet section on your dashboard here.
Any available credit will display there along with a unique redeem code—enter that code at checkout to apply the amount to your order total.

I'm a healthcare practitioner, can I be an Ambassador too?
We appreciate all those who have dedicated their career to inspiring wellbeing within their community. If you are a healthcare practitioner, we'd love you to join our Practitioner Programme where you can support your patients and clients with our range of products and earn commission on their orders. Please email ambassadors@healf.com with your credentials and we'll get you onboarded.
Can I promote my Ambassador link on coupon sites, deal forums, or paid ads?
No. Ambassador links are for genuine, organic sharing—your own social channels, newsletter, practice, or direct recommendations. Posting links on discount forums, coupon aggregators, paid-ad platforms, or other mass-promotion outlets violates programme policy. Any sales traced to non-organic promotion may be voided and the link deactivated.
