Why Ketone-IQ is Healf

Ketone-IQ takes a different approach to ketone supplementation, using R-1,3-butanediol, a compound that the body converts into beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), a naturally occurring ketone. Unlike many products in this category, it does not rely on caffeine or other stimulant ingredients and can be used without following a ketogenic diet or fasting protocol. Compared with ketone esters, which are often associated with a rapid rise and fall in ketone levels, and ketone salts, which can require larger amounts of added minerals, this approach is designed to provide a more gradual ketone curve.

Suggested use
