Suggested use

SHAKE WELL. It is recommended to spread the serving size throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach. Using the metered dropper, take 0.4-1.2mL daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavour. DO NOT REFRIGERATE.
