When mixed with 200ml of water, each serving delivers 120g of carbohydrates in a smooth consistency that sits between a drink and a traditional energy gel.
Using Maurten's Hydrogel Technology, the mixture forms a hydrogel in the acidic environment of the stomach, creating a unique fuelling option for training and race nutrition strategies. Ingredients

Suggested use
