Preheat Gently: Warm the pan on low heat for a few minutes before adding any oil or butter. 2. Use Enough Fat: A little more oil or butter than usual can help, especially when cooking eggs. 3. Avoid High Heat: These pans hold heat very well, so use a low to medium setting. 4. Wait for Release: Let the food naturally loosen before you try to turn it. Hand wash only to preserve the nonstick coating. Use low to medium heat and avoid metal utensils. Oven safe up to 232°C (glass lids oven safe up to 220°C). Compatible with all types of stovetops (including induction). Branded silicone node in the long handle pops out for easy cleaning. Handles and knobs may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven.
