Suggested use

Recommended daily serving size for adults: 1 scoop daily with a meal. Add a levelled scoop to 200-250 ml of cold water, smoothie, or preferred beverage. Mix until the powder is dissolved. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Remember to hydrate when taking creatine.
