What is HX26?
HX26 is a two-day immersive wellbeing event in London. It brings together leading experts, innovative brands and interactive experiences, offering attendees hands-on workshops, keynote talks, live demonstrations and holistic activities designed to help you explore and personalise your own wellbeing journey.
When and where does Healf Experience 2026 take place?
Healf Experience 2026 takes place on 20th to 21st June 2026 at 180 Studios, London. Full event timings and arrival guidance will be shared closer to the event.
Can I attend virtually or online?
HX26 is designed to be a full-body immersion in all things wellbeing. To ensure you have an experience worth remembering, it is in-person attendance only.
What does each ticket tier include?
Each HX26 ticket tier unlocks a different level of access across the weekend. Full inclusions are outlined here, including access to talks, bookable workshops, premium offerings and available add-ons. We recommend reviewing the tier details carefully before booking to choose the experience that suits you best.
When are tickets on sale?
Tickets across all tiers are available to purchase now.
Do you offer any discounts?
We currently offer discounted rates for students and Blue Light workers. If you fall into one of these categories, please email us at events@healf.com.
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes. We offer corporate rates for company bookings of 15 people or more. Please contact events@healf.com to learn more about our corporate ticket packages.
What is your refund, cancellation or transfer policy?
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, so please ensure you have selected the correct ticket tier before completing your purchase. For support, please contact events@healf.com.
When will the full speaker lineup be released?
We’ll be revealing speakers in stages over the coming weeks. To stay up to date on the latest lineup announcements, subscribe to our mailing list here.
Will all talks and workshops be included in my ticket?
Many talks and event programming will be open to all attendees, while some talks, workshops and experiences will be bookable in advance and subject to capacity. Access to selected bookable experiences will depend on your ticket tier, and we’ll always make this clear in advance.
When will I be able to reserve my spot on bookable workshops?
Once you’ve purchased your Plus or Peak ticket, you’ll receive an update two weeks before the event with details of all bookable workshops and how to reserve your place through our event app.
Will I be able to purchase tickets on the day?
We expect to release a limited number of tickets for purchase on the day, subject to availability. For the best chance of securing your preferred ticket and accessing bookable experiences, we recommend booking in advance.
What time does HX26 open and close each day?
HX26 takes place across two full days on 20th and 21st June 2026, with doors opening from 9am each morning. Full daily timings, including first sessions and final programming, will be shared closer to the event via our website and event app. We recommend arriving early to make the most of your day.
Where should I stay?
180 Studios is centrally located in London and easy to reach by public transport, including a short walk from Waterloo Station. That makes it easy to stay in a range of nearby neighbourhoods and travel in each day.
How does check-in work?
Check-in will take place onsite at 180 Studios. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll receive confirmation by email, along with your digital ticket and QR code. Please have this ready on arrival.
What food and drink options will be available?
HX26 will feature a curated selection of food and drink across the weekend, designed to support a full day of discovery, movement and conversation.
Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
Yes, you may re-enter the venue based on your ticket’s accessibility. When re-entering, you may be asked to show your ticket or event wristband each time you return. Full arrival and re-entry guidance will be shared with attendees ahead of the event.
Are children welcome at Healf Experience 2026?
Yes, children aged 5 and over are welcome at HX26 and will need their own ticket to attend. For guests under 16, access is based on their accompanying adult's ticket tier, so we recommend choosing a tier that works for the whole group.
