With weight varying by size (XS at 4.78 lbs and other sizes at approximately 5 lbs), the vest delivers a secure, balanced load equivalent to 3–5% of body weight. This fractional loading engages the full body, improves strength, and supports cardiovascular endurance without restricting performance.
Constructed from durable Neoprene/Nylon Airprene with antimicrobial properties, the vest combines compression fit with targeted heat retention to improve stamina and muscle recovery. Technical design elements include encapsulated foam blocks that hold ½" diameter 303 stainless steel discs, preventing weight movement.
