BIOGENA 7-Salt Magnesium combines seven different magnesium compounds in one daily capsule. The blend includes magnesium malate, bisglycinate, citrate, oxide, glycerophosphate, gluconate, and carbonate, providing a broad-spectrum source of magnesium in a single formula. Each capsule delivers 140mg of magnesium and is suitable for vegan diets.
