Each 28g serving provides 12g of protein and approximately twice the caffeine found in a regular 240 ml (8 fl oz) cup of coffee. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. With no artificial flavours or sweeteners, the powder mixes easily with water or milk for a quick mocha iced coffee with added protein.

Suggested use
