Why Rheal Superfoods is Healf
Rheal Superfood's was founded by Charlotte and Sean back in 2016 while still studying in university. Charlotte had experienced issues with maintaining energy and digestion after being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, and after incorporating various superfoods into her diet she noticed huge benefits after a few weeks. The benefits were too big to ignore which is why herself and Sean decided to create their own range of products to support more people on their journey to living a healthier and happier life.

Ingredients
A blend of 7 superfoods, including your super-greens; Spirulina, Chlorella, Moringa, Wheatgrass and Barley Grass, with added Baobab, and Pineapple.
Suggested use
Add 1 tsp. to a glass of water and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime.
