Codeage Teen Multivitamin+ Platinum packs vitamins and minerals into easy capsules. It includes vitamins A, C, D3, folate, B12, and biotin, plus calcium from Aquamin®, iron, magnesium, selenium, and zinc.

Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.

The formula also features DHA from microalgae, citicoline, bacopa, a fermented berry blend, lutein, zeaxanthin, live cultures, and digestive enzymes. Suggested use

Ages 12 and up, take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Use only under adult supervision.
