Review: I really love this liquid version. I used to take the capsules but I really found this more effective for me.

Review: Great Spray, no taste and easy to use. The only slight negative for me is that its a high dosage. I would prefer it to be a lower dosage per spray so I can control how much I am getting with each spray, I'd prefer it to be 400 iu per spray.
