The Daye Vaginal Microbiome Test is a simple, at-home kit designed to help you understand your unique microbial profile. Using a tampon-style sample collection, you insert and wear it for 20 minutes, even if you are not on your period. It is suitable during pregnancy, menopause or while using contraception.

Your sample is analysed in accredited laboratories using advanced molecular PCR technology. PCR detects and measures specific bacteria and fungi with high sensitivity and accuracy. The test reviews protective Lactobacilli, anaerobic bacteria linked to imbalance, Candida, and Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma. Results are available online within 5–10 days, alongside personalised insights and optional expert support.

Suggested use

Using the kit at home is super easy — you just need to insert the provided tampon, wear it for at least 20 minutes (and up to 8 hours), and then put it in the pouches you have received in the kit, and ship it back to us in the same box you received initially.
