Instructions for each supplement:

Beam & Balance: 1 spray is suitable for ages 12–17. 3 sprays provide 4,000 IU of D3 and 100 µg of K2, which is the maximum daily dose.
Vitamin C + Bilberry: 1 tablet taken daily with food or as professionally directed.
Omega-3 Fish Oil: Take your capsules with meals for best absorption.
Magnesium: As a food supplement, take 2 capsules once daily, with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Zinc: As a food supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal, or as directed by a health professional.
Perfect Aminos: Mix one or two scoops in a glass of water.
