Suggested use
Take two capsules per day, preferably in the morning, with or without food.
You should not take Brain Complex+ if you take blood thinning medication, suffer with any bleeding disorders or have a defect on the G6PDH gene. If you're taking antidepressants, anticonvulsants, antihypertensive medications you should consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
