Suggested use

Set up the Hexaplate on a level, non-slip floor with at least 1.8m (6ft) of clearance on all sides.

Insert a 3V CR2025 battery into the remote control, plug in the power cord, and flip the power switch to ON.

Stand on the plate with knees and arms slightly bent and heels slightly lifted.

Use the remote control to select one of 9 preset 10-minute programmes (P1-P9) or create a custom manual (HR) workout, adjusting the time (1-20 minutes) and vibration speed (level 1-120).

Start with short, low-intensity sessions and build up gradually.

Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day.
