JENKI Hojicha is a roasted green tea sourced from Yame, Fukuoka, Japan, with a smooth, toasty character and naturally nutty, caramel-like notes. Roasting gives the tea its distinctive rich dark brown colour and mellow flavour, offering a different profile from traditional green tea.

100% Japanese Hojicha powder
Suggested use
Sieve 2.5g (about 1 heaped tsp) into a bowl.
Add 40ml warm water (never boiling).
Whisk until smooth with an even foam.
Top with milk or water (hot or cold).
