• Uji Matcha: 100% ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced from the Foothills in Uji, Japan.
• Saekari Matcha: 100% ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced from Yame, Japan.
• Hojicha: 100% Japanese Hojicha Powder, sourced from Yame, Japan.

Suggested use

For Uji Matcha & Saekari:

• Add 2-3g (1 JENKI spoon) of Saekari Matcha to a bowl. Add a splash of warm water and whisk until smooth and frothy. Top with your choice of milk or water.

For Hojicha:

• Sieve 2.5g / 1 heaped tsp of powder into a bowl, add 40ml of warm water, whisk until frothy and lump free. Top with milk or water, hot or iced.
