Calmify is a liquid magnesium supplement designed for children aged 3 and over. It combines magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate with L-theanine in an easy-to-take liquid format.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. The formula uses two forms of magnesium and includes L-theanine as part of its carefully selected blend.
