Product description

Key Benefits

The Liforme Classic Travel Yoga Mat is a premium yoga mat designed to bring the brand’s well-known alignment guidance into a lighter, more portable format. It is ideal for home practice, studio sessions, weekends away or holidays, and suits beginners through to more experienced yogis who want visual support for positioning and posture.

This mat features Liforme’s patented AlignForMe system, an intelligent marker layout designed to help guide hand and foot placement during practice. The grippy surface helps provide a secure feel across a range of poses, while the lighter construction makes it easier to carry without compromising on comfort. Best suited to regular practice at home, in the studio or while travelling.

Why Liforme is Healf

In keeping with Liforme’s commitment to sustainability and eco-consciousness, these mats are PVC-free and biodegradable, breaking down naturally over 1-5 years in standard landfill conditions. After five years of dedicated development, Liforme has created a yoga mat that not only nurtures your practice but also respects the environment, using high-quality, non-toxic materials that prioritise both your well-being and the planet’s health.

Liforme was founded by James Armitage from his personal need of alignment guidance in Yoga and thought how beneficial a mat with markers could be both for the one who practices Yoga but also for the teacher to spot alignment cues while teaching. Due to his and the company's commitment to integrity, they prioritise quality over profit and advocate for ethical business practices all around.

With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.

Suggested use

CARE: For an effective clean, simply add 3-5 pumps of Liforme's Ultimate Everyday Cleaner (sold separately) to a soft damp sponge and apply evenly across the entire surface of your mat. Leave to soak for 30 seconds, then wipe over again with a clean damp sponge. Lay your mat flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.

You can also use a yoga mat cleaner of your choice and follow the cleaning instructions.
After each practice, always let the mat dry flat. Then store rolled up, coloured side outward. Never fold your mat.
