Why Liforme is Healf
In keeping with Liforme’s commitment to sustainability and eco-consciousness, these mats are PVC-free and biodegradable, breaking down naturally over 1-5 years in standard landfill conditions. After five years of dedicated development, Liforme has created a yoga mat that not only nurtures your practice but also respects the environment, using high-quality, non-toxic materials that prioritise both your welbeing and the planet’s health.
Liforme was founded by James Armitage from his personal need of alignment guidance in Yoga and thought how beneficial a mat with markers could be both for the one who practices Yoga but also for the teacher to spot alignment cues while teaching. Due to his and the company's commitment to integrity they prioritise quality over profit and advocate for ethical business practices all around.
Suggested use
Use by unrolling on a flat surface for yoga, stretching or mobility work at home, in the studio or while travelling. After each practice, always let your mat air dry flat. Once dry, store rolled up, coloured side outward. Do not fold your mat.
