Eskimo®-3 Brainsharp is a liquid fish oil blend combining omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids with coenzyme Q10 and vitamin D. Each 5 ml serving delivers 1500 mg omega-3 fatty acids, including 740 mg EPA and 370 mg DHA, alongside evening primrose oil providing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and canola oil as a source of omega-9.

The formulation also includes vitamin D, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
