Suggested use

Peel and stick – Remove the backing paper and press the liner into the inside of your underwear, sticky side down.

Change as needed – Liners are perfect for light days, spotting, or daily protection. Swap it out whenever it feels ready for a refresh.

Bin it, don’t flush it – Wrap it in tissue if you like, and pop it in the bin. Liners can’t be flushed.
