Ingredients

• Topsheet: 100% GOTS certified organic cotton
• Absorbent core: cellulose
• Leakproof back sheet: cornstarch
• Adhesive: non-toxic, latex free and rosin free
• Waxed release paper
• Tissue wrapper

Suggested use

1. Unwrap and stick – Peel off the backing and press the pad into your underwear, sticky side down.
2. Wrap the wings – Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear to keep it snug and secure.
3. Change every 4–6 hours – Or sooner if it feels full.
4. Bin it, don’t flush it – Wrap used pads and pop them in the bin. Pads can’t be flushed.
