Sunfiber® PHGG (2.5g), Citric Acid, Lake Deborah Salt, Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Glycinate, Natural Flavours, Glycine, Natural Sweetener (Stevia), Anti-Caking Agent (Silica), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2).

Suggested use

Add one scoop of Pre-Hydrate to cold water and stir or shake vigourously. Use between 200 and 500 ml of water depending on your taste preference.
