The Nike x Hyperice Hyperboot is a wearable warm-up and recovery boot designed to help prepare your body for movement wherever you are. Combining Hyperice heat technology with Normatec dynamic air compression, it delivers targeted warmth and pulsing compression to the feet, ankles and Achilles, supporting mobility and flexibility before training, walking or long days on your feet.
Dual-air Normatec bladders work alongside integrated heating elements to provide consistent heat and rhythmic compression that help increase circulation and warm the muscles before activity. Three adjustable levels of heat and compression allow you to personalise each session, with controls available directly on the boots or through the Hyperice app via Bluetooth®.
Developed through a collaboration between Nike and Hyperice, the Hyperboot offers a portable way to support your warm-up and recovery routine, helping you feel ready to move whenever and wherever you train.

Suggested use
Press and hold the power button for 0.5s. Once you turn both shoes on, select your desired compression and heat level, and then press the Start/Stop button.
A Hyperboot session runs for 15 minutes per cycle. We recommend starting with one 15-minute session on level 1 heat and level 1 compression and working your way up based on your recovery needs. You can repeat cycles directly on the boot or extend the duration in the Hyperice App.
Hyperboot should always be worn with tall athletic socks that cover any part of the foot or leg within the boot.
