Suggested use

Add one sachet of powder to a cold or lukewarm glass of water, juice, smoothie, yogurt, tea or drink of choice. Take one sachet per day, preferably with or after a meal. You can take up to two sachets per day. Each box contains 30 servings for a one-month supply.
