Suggested use

In drinks:

Stir 1 tsp (10g) into a mug of hot water for a nourishing, savoury drink. Add herbs or spices to taste.

In cooking:

Use as a flavourful base for soups, stews, gravies, or sauces. An easy way to enrich meals with protein and depth.

** If the lid sticks after opening, run under hot water for a few minutes to loosen.
