Suggested use

Remove all packaging and press down on each dumbbell handle to ensure it is fully seated in the rack.

To change the weight, pull the black adjustment knob up slightly, slide it to the desired setting (5, 10, 15, 20 or 25lb / 2.2, 4.4, 6.6, 8.8 or 11kg), then press it down to lock in the selection.

Grasp the handle and pull up firmly to lift the dumbbell from the rack - some weight plates will remain in the rack depending on the setting chosen.

Warm up for at least 5 minutes before exercising, use proper form, and move slowly through each exercise.

After your workout, return the dumbbell to the rack and reset it to the lightest weight (2.2kg / 5lb) to avoid future injury.

Note: Adjust weights only when dumbbells are in the racks. For adults and teens 15+; keep away from children and pets.
