These were recommended to me - These were recommended to me to help with my blood production and iron levels. I generally take less than the recommended levels but I have noticed my energy levels improving. Such a great product! - You do have to take 6 pills a day. Only complaint. It comes in an amazing glass bottle, and these vitamins that you’re getting and minerals are just so rich. I am very low in iron and many other vitamins after delivering my third daughter a month ago. This is helping me recover so much faster. My milk supply has also been boosted from this. Love this product and couldn’t recommend it more.
