Puresport Energy Gels are designed for runners and endurance athletes who want simple, effective fuelling. Each gel delivers 30g of DualCarb™ energy in a precise 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio, made to support carbohydrate use during longer efforts. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose provides energy from two different absorption pathways for smoother digestion and steady fuelling. A touch of rowan berry extract adds natural antioxidants, while pectin helps create a smooth, easy-to-take texture. This gel is vegan, gentle on the stomach, and made with natural ingredients.

Suggested use

For runs lasting 60 minutes or more, take one gel every 30 minutes- for example:

• 30-minute run: no gel required
• 60-minute run: 1 gel at 30 minutes
• 90-minute run: 1 gel at 30 minutes, another at 60 minutes
