Its scientifically-proven roast profile is gentler on the digestive system, with lower chlorogenic acids (CGA) to reduce gastric irritation. Research also suggests that key compounds found in dark roast coffee like Melanoidins, Chlorogenic acid lactones (CGL), Norharman and harman β-carbolines, Trigonelline, and N-methylpyridinium fight free radicals, support digestion, regulate glucose, and enhance brain function. Additionally, Purity Coffee® uses the latest scientific research to optimise how they source, test, roast, and deliver their coffees- making their EASE range a great way to enjoy healthier, better-tasting coffee. Purity Coffee® began with Andrew and Amber Salisbury’s quest for better health. When Amber struggled with debilitating fatigue, coffee became her go-to. Concerned it might be harming her, Andrew explored coffee’s health effects and uncovered something remarkable: when cultivated and brewed with care, coffee is one of the healthiest foods in the Western diet. Driven by this revelation, they created Purity Coffee® with a mission to improve the world’s health through coffee. Every step, from sourcing to roasting, supports health and wellbeing while upholding environmental and social responsibilities—offering a cup that’s truly good for both you and the planet.
