Vitamin D3 (from lichen), Vitamin E, Folate (as 5-MTHF), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Biotin, Choline (choline bitartrate), Iron (ferrous bisglycinate), Iodine (potassium iodide), Magnesium (dimagnesium malate), Omega-3 DHA (from Schizochytrium algae), Boron (calcium fructoborate), Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7). Other ingredients: hypromellose, silica, pectin, organic orange oil.
Suggested use
Take two capsules daily, with or without food.
