Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol, vegan-certified from lichen), Vitamin E (as alpha-tocopherol from mixed tocopherols), Folate (as 5-MTHF glucosamine salt, methylated), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin, methylated), Iron (as ferrous bisglycinate, a gentle chelated form), Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate), Omega-3 DHA (from microalgae), Boron (as calcium fructoborate), Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, non-soy form). Other ingredients: cellulose, corn zein, hypromellose, gellan gum, silica.
Suggested use
For adults 18+, take two capsules daily, with or without food.
