kip&glow Sleep Patches are an easy-to-wear overnight patch designed for those who find it hard to switch off in the evening or want a simpler bedtime ritual. They offer a practical alternative to powders, drinks or capsules, and fit neatly into a consistent nighttime routine.
The formula combines Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, Passionflower, Ashwagandha and Chamomile. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. L-theanine is widely used in evening routines for a calmer feel, while passionflower and chamomile are traditional bedtime botanicals. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen often included during periods of stress and busy, always-on days.
Apply one patch to clean, dry skin such as the back of the wrist or upper arm around 30 minutes before bed, then wear overnight.
