Powdered Psyllium Husks Fibre, Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

Suggested use

As a food supplement for adults, two (2) vegetable capsules daily with a large glass of juice or water (250 ml) or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
