Vitamin B-Complex 100 is formulated to deliver 100 mg doses of key B vitamins, combined with other important B-group nutrients in one capsule. It contains thiamine (B1), which contributes to the normal function of the heart, the nervous system, and psychological function. It also includes riboflavin (B2), which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

With added niacin (B3), the formula contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and normal psychological function. It contains pantothenic acid (B5), which contributes to normal mental performance, and vitamin B6, which supports normal red blood cell formation, homocysteine metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The complex also includes vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and normal energy-yielding metabolism. It contains folic acid, which supports normal blood formation and psychological function, and biotin (B7), which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin and to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Suggested use
