Vitamin B-Complex 50 is formulated to deliver 50 mg doses of key B vitamins, supported by additional essential B-group nutrients. It contains thiamine (B1), which contributes to the normal function of the heart and supports normal nervous system and psychological function. The formula also provides riboflavin (B2), which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
With added niacin (B3), the complex supports normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal skin. It includes pantothenic acid (B5), which contributes to normal mental performance, and vitamin B6, which supports normal homocysteine metabolism, red blood cell formation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The blend also provides vitamin B12, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal red blood cell formation, alongside folic acid, which contributes to normal blood formation and psychological function. With added biotin (B7), the formula contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, as well as normal macronutrient metabolism.
