Suggested use

The Skin Biotic: Take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, dissolved directly in the mouth or in a small amount of water (about 100 ml).

The Gentle Cleanser: In the morning and evening, apply a nickel-sized amount to damp skin, then gently massage over face and neck. Rinse with water.

The Power Serum: In the morning and evening, apply on dry cleansed skin to face and neck as well as the delicate eye and lip areas.
