Key Benefits

Sleep deeper, wake up refreshed. SleepMask is a next-generation sleep solution that combines total darkness, gentle vibration therapy, and science-backed soundscapes to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Its 100% blackout design eliminates light exposure, promoting natural melatonin production and aligning your circadian rhythm for better rest. The mask features three adjustable vibration patterns—gentle, rhythmic pulses that relax the nervous system and improve sleep quality.

The contoured memory foam padding adapts to any face shape, while the non-slip strap ensures a secure fit without pulling hair.

Designed for home and travel, SleepMask is lightweight and breathable and comes with a travel pouch and lock mode to prevent accidental activation.

For a personalised sleep experience, connect to the Therabody app and access a library of soothing soundscapes, from guided meditations to nature sounds.

Why Therabody is Healf

Therabody is rooted in the personal journey of Dr. Jason Wersland, a chiropractor who sought relief from chronic pain after a motorcycle accident. When no available treatment worked, he created a makeshift tool—the first Theragun—the brand's flagship product and a breakthrough that became the foundation for a larger mission. Today, Therabody is committed to providing natural solutions for everyday wellness. The brand combines innovation, education, and cutting-edge technology to make wellness accessible for everyone. From massage devices to advanced recovery tools, their products continue to lead the way in helping people feel and perform their best.

With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.

Suggested use

For detailed instructions on setup, usage, and safety, please refer to the user manual included with your device.

CLEANING:

Your device and travel pouch should be cleaned before its first use. For ongoing care, clean at least once a week, similar to your bedding. Carefully follow the cleaning instructions below to ensure longevity of the device and its components.

Removable Inner Layer + Travel Pouch

  1. Carefully remove the inner layer from the device following the instructions above.
  2. Place ONLY the removable inner layer into the washing machine.
  3. Machine wash the removable inner layer on cold with mild detergent using the delicate wash cycle.
  4. Once the wash cycle is complete, remove the inner layer from the washing machine and lay it flat to air dry completely in a cool and dry area. Wait until completely dry before reassembling and using the device.

DO NOT place the inner layer in the dryer, as the heat will damage the fabric. DO NOT wring, twist, or squeeze the inner layer to dry.

Follow the same cleaning instructions to wash the travel pouch. Hand-wash after 75 cycles.
