Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate), Sodium (from Ancient Sea Salt), Chloride (from Ancient Sea Salt), Potassium (from Potassium Citrate), Creatine Monohydrate, ConcenTrace® Trace Minerals (CTM) (from concentrated seawater).

Other Ingredients: Citric acid, ancient sea salt, natural flavours, Reb A, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, Reb M, beet (Beta vulgaris) root (colour), beta carotene (for colour).

Suggested use

Add 1 scoop to 8-12 oz of water, according to your taste preference. Additional servings may be taken depending on physical activity. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.
