Why Ancient + Brave is Healf

True Biome combines three well-researched components studied in the context of gut health. Lactobacillus plantarum L-137 is a heat-treated postbiotic strain originally identified in Japanese fermented foods and investigated for its role in immune regulation. The formula also contains partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), a soluble dietary fibre recognised as low-FODMAP and studied for its effects on supporting microbial fermentation and the production of short-chain fatty acids in the colon. Completing the blend is L-glutamine, an amino acid naturally present in the body and commonly examined for its importance in intestinal cell metabolism. This combination reflects a research-led approach that highlights different mechanistic aspects of gut-focused nutrition.
