Speed Guide:

Suggested use

Set up the Turbo on a level floor with at least 213 cm of clearance on all sides.
Stand with knees and arms slightly bent and heels slightly lifted.
Use the remote control or control panel to select one of 8 preset 10-minute programmes (P1-P8) or build a custom manual workout (1-20 minutes) that independently adjusts the pulsating (L) and oscillating (H) motors from level 0-99.
Start with short, low-intensity sessions and build up gradually.
Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day.
