Ingredients

CaAKG Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Rice Concentrate, Vegetable Cellulose Capsule (HPMC).

Suggested use

Take 2-4 capsules of Ca-AKG in the morning or as a split dose with 1 to 2 capsules in the morning and an additional one to two in the early afternoon. CaAKG can be taken with or without food.

CaAKG can have a mild stimulatory effect in some individuals. If you find it difficult to sleep, then it is advised that you take your full dose in the morning.

To maintain the potency and quality of your CaAKG, store it in a cool (20°C-25°C), dry place away from light.
