Fisetin from Cotinus Coggygria, natural source, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Rice Concentrate, Vegetable Cellulose Capsule Shell (HPMC).
Suggested use
Take 1–2 capsules per day with a meal containing healthy fats. Alternatively, you may want to explore the Mayo Protocol, which involves taking high doses of fisetin for two consecutive days each month.
Fisetin is fat-soluble, meaning it is better absorbed by the body when taken with a fat source. This can be a meal or a healthy snack, such as avocado, yoghurt, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil.
