Suggested use

The cuff should be placed on the left arm, on bare skin. The measurement is done in two stages: first the blood pressure measurement, and second the ECG and stethoscope measurement, for which users need to place their hand on the metal electrode. The digital stethoscope should be located against the users’ chest during the measurement as it listens to the heart.

unexpectedly great

tbh I wasn't sure if I needed something this fancy but I saw a review online and thought why not. it's actually sick. the setup was stupidly easy just connect to wifi and your phone and you're off. taking a reading is quick and I love that everything syncs without me having to do anything. . . I just open the app and it's there. feels a lot more accurate than the cheap one I had from the pharmacy and the ECG bit is kinda wild. like I can check my own heart rhythm? crazy. would highly recommend if you’re looking for a serious bit of kit.
